Fantastic under counter glass-washer/dishwasher made specifically for Venue's with medium commercial volumes of cleaning required. This machine comes with 2 open cup/glass racks. What makes this machine different from its Evolution counterparts is Three standard cycle options and extensive range of special cycle options. STEEL cycle for best results when washing cutlery, Plates cycle automatically changes parameters to suit plate washing, LONG cycle for intensive wash or for glass renovation and cycle times can vary from 90 to 715 seconds, which is great if you want to be energy efficient throughout the day.
In regards to the machines cleaning performance the selectable thermostop ensures rinse temperatures are met with the partial double skin reducing noise and heat loss.It's Suitable for hot (max 50°C) or cold water supply at 2 to 4 bar dynamic supply pressure. This machine can be fitted to a cold water supply however when fitted it will not be capable of running repeated short cycles but the cycle time will automatically be extended to allow recovery of correct operating temperatures Wash Temperature at 60°C (adjustable) and rinse temperature at 65°C (adjustable) 78°C when PRO plates cycle selected
The glaswasher will automatically clean itself at the end of service whilst the twin traffic display indicates the machines status.
